Toledo Walleye is Detroit's ECHL affiliation

Most have probably heard the news that Toledo will serve as Detroit's ECHL affiliation next season. In the past, Detroit usually sent one goalie and one other prospect down to Toledo. If that agreement remains in place, and I imagine it is, look for Jordan Pearce to get a lot of PT down there. Other prospects who may get some time down there include Jan Mursak and Logan Pyett. Both players disappointed in GR this past season and were riding the pine come playoff time, so some extra PT in a lower league may serve them well if their ice time continues to drop in GR.

-I'm probably not going to have any prospect rankings until after the upcoming NHL draft. It would seem to make sense to make them, and then have to adjust them after the draft. So, I will wait a week on that.
